01 Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Depending on how you interact with our Apps, we may collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide

• Support and contact data. If you email us or submit feedback, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

• Device and technical data. Device model, operating system version, language and region settings, and unique device or advertising identifiers.
• Usage data. In-app events such as levels started or completed, features used, session length, and crash or performance diagnostics.
• Approximate location. General region inferred from your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location).

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as financial account details, health data, or precise geolocation.

02 How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To operate, maintain, and provide the features of our Apps;
• To understand how players use our Apps so we can improve gameplay, performance, and design;
• To diagnose technical problems, monitor stability, and prevent fraud or abuse;
• To display advertising that helps us offer games free of charge;

03 Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand player behavior in aggregate and to improve our Apps. Our Apps are expected to use Google Play Services and Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC.

These services collect information such as app usage events, device identifiers, and crash diagnostics. This data is processed to generate reports on app activity and engagement. The information is generally used in an aggregated or pseudonymized form and helps us decide which features to refine or add. 04 Advertising

Our Apps may be supported by advertising. We expect to use Google AdMob to serve ads within our games. Advertising partners may use device and advertising identifiers and similar technologies to deliver, measure, and improve the relevance of ads.

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.

05 Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party service providers to deliver and improve our Apps. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. They currently include, or are expected to include:

• Google Play Services — core platform services and app distribution;
• Firebase Analytics (Google) — usage analytics and crash reporting;
• Google AdMob (Google) — in-app advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with these providers only as necessary to operate our Apps, or when required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and property of our players or MindFlux Studio.

06 Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing our Apps, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention settings and policies of the relevant third-party providers. Aggregated or de-identified data, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you, may be retained for longer periods. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

07 Children's Privacy

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Where our Apps are offered in Google Play's family or child-directed programs, we will configure analytics and advertising in line with applicable requirements, including limits on data collection and the use of non-personalized advertising.

• You can reset or limit your advertising identifier through your device settings;

• You can uninstall our Apps at any time to stop further automatic data collection.

09 Security

We take the security of your information seriously and use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Data transmitted between our Apps and third-party services is generally protected using encryption in transit.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our Apps, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within our Apps.
